With the real-time page you guys built, it seems as though your team is thoroughly interested in the community. I am sure it shows to the members. While having a goal of learning something new is quite lofty, it is admirable and one that we should all probably aim towards. More often than I'd like to admit, I'm sure I end up falling back to what is comfortable or what I know and not stepping back to figure out if there's a new/better way to solve problems or gain insight.
